Our Principals:

Gwenn Carr, M.Ed., PMP

Gwenn Carr is a Principal of The Pegasus Organization®, a project management consulting firm which specializes in embedding best practices. She has facilitated thousands of hours of project management education workshops and has over 25 years of experience as a project manager, educator and consultant for many Fortune 500 companies.  A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Gwenn holds an M.Ed. and certifications in Logistics, Safety Studies and Developing a Curriculum (DACUM®). 

Her interest in working with people to enhance their project management competencies and performance grew out of her own frustration working on projects where team members and sponsors had varying skill levels which led to difficulties in communication and in executing project tasks and responsibilities.


Gary Englehardt, PE, PMP

Gary Englehardt is a Principal of The Pegasus Organization®, a project management consulting firm known for its ability to facilitate successful project management implementations. He has been involved in project work for over 30 years as a project engineer, project manager, Manager of project managers (PMO) and consultant.

Gary has helped numerous companies in the utility, process, manufacturing and consulting industries establish project management programs or improve existing programs. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MS in Dynamics of Organization from the University of Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania PE license and is a PMP®.   His interest in project management grew from early experiences with complex projects employing multi-organizational project teams and the difficulties associated with planning and managing such undertakings successfully
